1) What is Lavalune’s return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Lavalune, we request that you contact Lavalune for a return authorization code and then send the item(s) back via a carrier with a tracking feature such as USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail or UPS. Please write your return auth. code on the box or packaging. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned item MUST be in new and re-sellable condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We will refund you the total amount paid for the item, minus the original shipping costs. This is standard policy in the e-commerce industry. Important note: All custom orders and Print Your Art orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2) What about exchanges?
Lavalune will allow for one exchange. Customer should follow directions for returning the original garment (See return policy). Again, the returned item MUST be in new and re-sellable condition. Lavalune will cover the cost to ship the new item via USPS standard service. Important note: All custom orders and Print Your Art orders are not eligible for exchange.
Lavalune reserves the right to not process or service orders from customers who abuse the system and/or website, harass, commit fraud, or violate any of the Custom/Print Your Art terms and conditions. For custom graphics, the decision as to what graphics are deemed inappropriate or offensive is solely up to Lavalune's discretion, and any graphics deemed so will not be processed. Due to occasional capacity constraints, Lavalune may refuse to quote or pursue processing custom inquiries. You will be notified of such situation.

For those submitting a logo or graphic for printing, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute such content and that it complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the logo or graphic which you submit and that it does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of others. Lavalune takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any logo or graphic submitted by you or for any mistakes on the graphic (such as misspelled words). You agree to indemnify Lavalune and its affiliates from all claims and expenses arising from any legal disputes regarding your actions or submitted graphics.
